Weekend Practice:
Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly. Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6. Repeat 3 times. Tell yourself, I am safe in this moment.
Weekend Whispers
I can meet this moment with compassion.
I am doing enough, even when things feel messy.
I trust that calm is returning.
