What if everything you thought, felt and said came true?

What if every time you spoke well of someone or sent them loving thoughts, you helped them to blossom and grow?

What if every time you spoke well of yourself or felt good about things you have done, your confidence soared?

What if every time you accepted and loved parts of your body regardless of how they looked right now, those parts started to respond and shift in ways that felt good?

What if every time you chose to love and see all the amazing parts of your home and environment, your home and environment felt more and more like a calm sanctury?

We may not see thing materialise in front of our eyes in an instant when we think, feel or speak in a certain way and that is a good thing - after all, we wouldn’t want the lower vibe stuff to manifest immediately - but we really do create our world through thought, feelings and our words.

Being mindful of our thoughts, choosing the better feeling about a person or situation and speaking highly of everything we want ‘more of’ creates a momentum unlike any other.

This is why daily gratitude and everyday alignment through journaling is such a powerful tool. It allows us focused thought and feeling through imagination and emotion which in turn brings it into our reality.

Never under-estimate just how powerful you are.
