What a difference it makes
Life has been rather busy for me this past week and my gratitude journaling fell by the wayside a bit. The reason I love to journal at least 3 times a week is because it keeps my vibe high and I have definitely noticed the difference. Yesterday I was a bit of a stressed fun sponge to say the least - time to get back in alignment!
So today I am using the 3 2 1 method which is a great one for vibe balancing.

I am so thankful for the roof over my head, heating and hot water and being safe and warm in the winter.
I am so thankful for the fact that my family are healthy and well. Health is wealth.
I am so thankful that I am awake and can see the old crumbling away and the new world emerging.
2 people or situations I want to send love to
All the people in the world that are waking up right now who are confused, emotional and angry and going through what I went through a few years ago. Sending you all love and light so that you can shine your light.
All the people in the world who feel that have to choose between heating and eating. I hope you awaken soon and realise that you hold all the power.
1 wish or desire written in gratitude
Whilst the big changes are happening around us, thank you for everyone enjoying at least a a third of their incomes back as the old corrupt structures fall. It is a joy to see that power and abundance has been returned to the people and them seeing so clearly.
