Pre-paving my week

It's Monday morning again... Another week wizzed by. I had a rough night's sleep last night so woken up feeling a bit grumpy and groggy. Time to change that with a bit of pre-paving for the day/week.

This week I want to focus on feeling more organised, in control and enjoying a slower pace.

I have a tendancy to rush through my days trying to get everything done. Working from home is a blessing but if I am not careful, any breaks disappear with shopping, house chores and messages rather than taking some time to do what feeds my soul or simply sitting quietly, snuggling with my gorgeous dog and just 'being'.

So here goes…

This week is slow and intentional. I have enjoyed quiet time each morning and evening to plan and reflect on my day and organise myself for the next.

Life feels easy and light. When I take action on anything - work or home - I take time to enjoy the experience.

When I walk to the shops, I enjoy getting away from my desk and exercising.

When I walk the dog, I enjoy being calm, him picking up on that vibe and us simply enjoying being in the open air.

The house feels neat and spacious. A quick tidy and clean before the boys leave for school keeps it in order and a quick daily clean after work means everything is easily done and looks and feels great to relax in for the evening.

I love life and enjoy a slower, more intentional pace this week. It feels amazing. Life is good.

All this or something better for the highest good of all.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Have a great week everyone!
