Pre-pave your week
Spending some time pre-paving your week can totally change it. Stop reacting to what you see in your reality and start creating it.
You can pre-pave weekly, daily or for specific events. Simply write a paragraph or 2 about how you want your week to go as if it is happening now or in your immediate past. Even a couple of sentences or closing your eyes and visualising if you are short on time.
Such a powerful way to start your week strong!

What a lovely week. The pace of it felt wonderful, relaxed and slow.
Even my projects at work that usually had a sense of urgency, felt like they moved at a great pace, giving me plenty of time to get everything done. It was easy to pick everything up and deadlines were so easy to meet. I even had time for some nice breaks in between which felt good.
Home life felt organised and everything was completed with ease. The boys loved school, Berkley (my dog) enjoyed his walks and is getting calmer and calmer by the day, Bill was loving work and we had leisurely relaxing evenings in the cosy warm whilst it was cold outside.
I felt really healthy this week. Moderation food-wise felt so easy and I felt motivated to walk a lot and get loads done. It is almost like time slowed down just for me this week. Life felt leisurely and easy.
