Merging realities
I once read that the only reason we wake up each day and see the same things, get the same reactions from others and do what we always do, is because that's what we expect.
What if we all started to focus on and expect something different? What if we all started manifesting what we want by merging our current reality with details of what we prefer?
This is one of my favourite things to do and if you love to write, then merging realities is an amazing way to immerse yourself totally in manifestation journaling.
Many law of attraction teachers have taught us that holding a feeling or thought for a prolonged amount of time brings it into being. Even thinking about something for a minute or more can turn probabilities in to possibilities (is that the right way round?) which causes our world to shift and bring things into physical form.
So it makes perfect sense that journaling is a great way to do this. Unless we are jotting down a quick gratitude list or intention for the day, most of us write for more than 60 seconds which means that we are holding that focused thought for much longer - manifestation totally amplified!
So join me on this journey where you write a journal entry about your life but weave in some details of things that you want to include in that part of your life - it can be how you thing, feel, act or material things that simply make your physical experience more amazing.
Its all about taking the reality you see in front of you and making it that little bit more amazing every time you write. This way you apply focus but also make sure you keep it loose and light.
Some of the entries you see on my blog will do just that and will be saved in the 'Manifestation' section. Feel welcome to ask questions in the comment section of any posts or use the comments to add a journal entry of your own.
When you read them (unless you know me extremely well) - you will not be able to easily tell what is part of my reality right now and what details are embelishments that I want to bring into being and that is what makes a great manifestation journal.
Life is a movie and we have the staring role. We get to write and direct it however we want. We can add little details here and there or we can completely change one of the scenes so that it is a complete contrast to what we had before.
Now how amazing is that? Happy journaling and happy merging realities.
