Today I feel optimally healthy, lean and strong

I find it easy to choose nourishing foods that feel good in my body

I love moving my body and find exercise that I enjoy

My body finds its healthy optimal weight with ease

I find it easy to be restful and enjoy a great night's sleep

My health is aligning now to the highest optimal timeline

My work / life balance feels optimally perfect for me on any given day. I have all the time and resources that I need
