Below are some general intentions that I have set as examples to inspire you to set some of your own. I have kept these pretty generic for this purpose so please feel free to re-write yours with more detail.

Remember to use the word 'optimal' or 'optimally' where possible and finish your list of intentions with 'and so it is'. Then simple read your intentions out loud, daily with feeling and certainty.

Everything unfolds with calm, ease and joy today.

My work is completed with ease and in an optimal way that benefits all

I am a present and loving parent

Walks with my dog are calm and enjoyable. An optimal experience for us both.

I easily achieve optimal health. I feel good

My mornings are slow, calm and feel optimally good for the whole family

I take my time when it feel good and time optimally expands for me when I need it to

Cooking for my family is a joyful experience knowing that it contributes to their nourishment.
