Writing a gratitude journal using the 3 2 1 method is my all time favourite and one which I use most days. I will write a full article on this separately to go into it in more detail but here are the basics so that you can try it out today. The 3 2 1 method is all about creating balance in the universe - you cannot receive anything unless you appreciate what you have. So instead of just writing a list of what you want to manifest, you write it from a place of gratitude and wishing well for others. This honestly feels so good to do. Just try it and see how good it makes you feel.
