Gratitude Journal - Counting Our Blessings
I like to count my blessings at least once a week, often more. To do this I simply write a list of 10 things that resonate with me that day..
Gratitude is one of the most powerful practices ever and keeps you focused on how must amazing stuff you have in your life.
Grab your journal - paper or digital and simply write 10 things that you are grateful for today. This can be absolutely anything from something you did, something you noticed, something someone said to you, the way you feel or even for the basic necessities in life.

I am so happy and thankful for:
My healthy body because it is the vehicle that allows me to experience everything in this amazing life.
The air that I breathe because it keeps me alive.
Waking up each morning and experience the miracle of a new day.
Feeling the sun on my face because it gives us life and vitamin D.
My lovely husband because I am so lucky to have someone who loves me so much.
My 2 gorgeous boys because even though I didn't give birth to them, they gave me the amazing experience of being a mum.
My lovely home because it keeps me safe and is my haven to relax in.
My beautiful dog who has such character and who was a soul who needed us in his life to feel safe and then I discovered that I needed him as much.
My lived in, homely home that is that way because of the people in it.
This device that enables me to share my gratitude journals to inspire others.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. All this or something better for the highest good of all.
