I like to count my blessings at least once a week, often more. To do this I simply write a list of 10 things that resonate with me that day..

Gratitude is one of the most powerful practices ever and keeps you focused on how much amazing stuff you have in your life.

Today I am focusing on 10 things that I am grateful for about my health and body. After all, health is wealth and even though we often take it for granted, it is the most important thing in our life.

Grab your journal - paper or digital and simply write 10 things that you are grateful for today.  This can be absolutely anything from something you did, something you noticed, something someone said to you, the way you feel or even for the basic necessities in life.‌‌‌‌

See my gratitude list below and please feel free to use the comments section for your own private gratitude list if that feels good to do. ‌‌‌‌‌

I am so happy and thankful for:

  1. The air that I breathe and healthy lungs that enable me to take long deep breaths and enjoy life.

  2. My eyes that give me a window to the world and enable me to see so many beautiful things and people everyday.

  3. My sense of smell that means I can taste and smell wonderful aromas.

  4. My voice so that I can express myself to others and enjoy conversation.

  5. My organs that all work in beautiful harmony, every second of every day to keep my body working in perfect order.

  6. My arms and hands that enable me to type these words and express myself, hug my amazing family, walk my lovely dog and do so many things to keep my life organsied.

  7. My strong legs that carry me everwhere day after day, that allow me to walk through this life.

  8. My feet and toes that help me balance and also give me amazing experiences sunch as dancing or feeling sand between my toes.

  9. My skin that keeps all of me together and experiences the touch of cosy material or the closeness of others.

  10. My overall good health that shows me that even though I am not perfect, I am looking after myself and I am so thankful to have access to so many things that keep me healthy.‌‌‌‌

Thank you, thank you, thank you. All this or something better for the highest good of all.
